DESCRIPTION
This is quite a unique jasmine tea. While most jasmine-scented teas out there are based on green tea, our Yunnan Jasmine Black is an unexpected yet surprisingly pleasant example of blending black tea with jasmine. A robust, naturally sweet Yunnan dian hong black (red) tea is briefly steamed with fresh jasmine petals to impart elegant fruity & floral notes. The result is an astonishingly sweet aroma reminiscent of muscat grapes paired with velvety smooth texture that gives an unforgettable tea experience.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 90°C
Infusions: 1st (40 sec), 2nd (10 sec), 3rd (30 sec)
COLD BREW
Use 1g for 100ml room temperature water
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 24-48 hours
