BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 75-85°C
Infusions: 1st (30-40 sec), 2nd (5-10 sec), 3rd (60 sec)

COLD BREW
Use 1g for 100ml room temperature water
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 24-48 hours
