DESCRIPTION
A traditional lactic-fermented tea crafted for generations in the Kamikatsu region of Tokushima. Mature pesticide-free leaves harvested in August are fermented anaerobically in wooden barrels. The tea is known for its unique broth-like depth, umami and gentle, refreshing acidity.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
HOT BREW
Use 2-3g of leaves for 200ml of water with a temperature of 95°C. The recommended infusions are 60 seconds for the first infusion, 90 seconds for the second infusion, and 150 seconds for the third infusion.
