DESCRIPTION
A rare tea made entirely from cha-tou, the dense nuggets that form under heat and pressure during the most active stage of Pu-erh post-fermentation. Expect a gentle broth-like nuance and a long, crystal-clear finish.
Give the leaves a brief wash with hot water before brewing for even better result!

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 95-100°C
Infusions: Rinse the tea before starting the first brew.
1st (60 sec), 2nd (30 sec), 3rd (30 sec)
COLD BREW
