DESCRIPTION
Made from 100% first-flush golden buds of the local large-leaf tea variety in Yunnan. Instead of the usual 30-day post-fermentation, this tea is crafted through a slow, low-temperature fermentation lasting 60 days. The result: a clean, remarkably pure taste with no off-notes.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 95-100°C
Infusions: Rinse the Tea first before starting the first infusion.
1st (60 sec), 2nd (30sec), 3rd (20 sec)
