How to Brew Cold Brew
Most of our teas can be enjoyed both hot & cold. Cold brewing is very easy and practical - tea, if brewed hot, must be drunk at once before it oxidises. But cold-brewed tea, if kept in a fridge, can be kept for 4-5 days. So we recommend brewing it in larger batches.
The video and instructions below provide a general guide on how to brew Cold Brew tea. Always refer to the detailed instructions on our individual tea labels and specific tea types.
