RAVE 001: Japanese Classics

A curated selection of five organic single-estate Japanese teas that we consider a “must try.”

The box includes one of our all-time favorite Senchas from Yame (Fukuoka), plus a Hojicha from the same farm with a gentle roast and natural sweetness. Gokase Green is another unique green tea, processed differently than sencha, offering a completely distinct experience from standard Japanese teas. Gokase Red is a bright and fruity black (red) tea from the same region in Miyazaki, perfect for warming up on cold days and surprising when cold-brewed. Finally, one of the rarest: Yakushima Green, produced on a small family farm on Yakushima island, with its unforgettable bittersweet almond flavour and milky aroma.
