DESCRIPTION

Masui-san has been growing tea naturally for decades, producing elegant teas with true-to-varietal flavors.
This green tea showcases the classic kawane-style processing with the lightest possible steaming, making it the lightest-bodied sencha in our collection.
Mirai is Masui-san's original varietal with vivid sakura (Japanese cherry) flavor.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 70-80°C
Infusions: 1st (40sec), 2nd (10sec), 3rd (60sec)

COLD BREW
Use 1g for 100ml room temperature water
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 4-8 hours
