DESCRIPTION
A unique Japanese oolong tea organically grown in remote mountains of Gokase and expertly processed by the team at Miyazaki family farm. Spring harvest is very limited and highly aromatic. Elegant vegetal and roasted notes with dense mouthfeel and refreshing flavor.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 80-90°C
Infusions: 1st (30-40 sec), 2nd (5-10 sec), 3rd (60 sec)
COLD BREW
Use 1g for 100ml room temperature water
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 12-24 hours
