Gokase Oolong

A unique Japanese oolong tea organically grown in remote mountains of Gokase and expertly processed by the team at Miyazaki family farm. Summer harvest is affordable and full-bodied. Elegant vegetal and roasted notes with dense mouthfeel and refreshing flavor. This is a summer harvest which is more robust compared to a spring one.

HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 80-90°C
Infusions: 1st (40 sec), 2nd (10 sec), 3rd (60 sec)

COLD BREW
Use 1g for 100ml room temperature water
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 24-48 hours
