Hand-picked first flush 1 bud + 1 leaf tea from the award-winning farmer Miyazaki-san whose tea farm is situated in the heart of Gokase - one of the most secluded and beautiful mountainous villages of Japan. Expect clean floral notes with slight roasty undertones, smooth oily texture. Limited production.

HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 80-90°C
Infusions: 1st (40 sec), 2nd (10 sec), 3rd (60 sec)

COLD BREW
Use 1g for 100ml room temperature water
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 12-24 hours
