A unique tea made from a Taiwanese varietal cultivated in deep high mountains of Yunnan, crafted by a Taiwanese tea master who fell in love with Yunnan terroir.

It’s a very potent tea, so keep initial infusion time short!

HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 90°C
Infusions: 1st (40sec), 2nd (10 sec), 3rd (30 sec)
