Classic recipe back from 1958 when “Dian Hong” style Yunnan red tea was initially developed. 1 bud + 2 leaf material. Enjoy the rich malty caramel flavor!

It’s a very potent tea, so keep initial infusion time short!

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 90°C
Infusions: 1st (30-40sec), 2nd (10 sec), 3rd (40-60 sec)
