BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water.
Water temp: 80-90°C
Infusions: 1st (40sec), 2nd (10sec), 3rd (60sec)



COLD BREW
Use 1g for 100ml room temperature water.
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 24-48 hours
