DESCRIPTION

Organic matcha grown in the remote mountains of Yame region in Fukuoka prefecture. It is made from 100% tencha — the shade-grown leaf used exclusively for matcha. This tea offers rich umami, bright tannins, and a subtle natural sweetness.

This matcha is ideal for those who enjoy a stronger hit of flavours and umami. Perfect for usucha (light matcha) and matcha lattes.
