BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 70-80°C
Infusions: 1st (40sec), 2nd (10sec), 3rd (60sec)
COLD BREW
Use 1,5g for 100ml room temperature water
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 3-4 hours
