DESCRIPTION

Top grade, certified organic Matcha from misty hills of Wazuka village near Kyoto. Made of 100% single farm Sayamakaori cultivar. Grinded on a traditional stone mill to maximize smoothness and prevent oxidation. This Matcha is very smooth, has rich and creamy texture, elegant umami and tender sweetness.
