DESCRIPTION

This lightly roasted red tea is another beautiful result of organic farming in mountains of Miyazaki. Yamanami is a Miyazaki-original varitetal well suited for red teas. Enjoy the splendid balance of greenish freshness and silky tannins.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 80-90°C
Infusions: 1st (40 sec), 2nd (10 sec), 3rd (60 sec)

COLD BREW
Use 1g for 100ml room temperature water
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 12-24 hours
