DESCRIPTION

Gently roasted blend of tea leaves and stems. Naturally contains almost no caffeine. Subtle roast gives this tea a unique floral character compared to Yame Hoji which leans to red berries / cassis flavor.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

HOT BREW
Use 3-5g of leaves for 200ml of water
Water temp: 80-90°C
Infusions: 1st (40 sec), 2nd (10 sec), 3rd (60 sec)

COLD BREW
Use 1g for 100ml room temperature water
Infuse at fridge temperature (+5°C) for 24-48 hours
